We can now offer a solution for customers that want hydraulic brakes designed for e-Bikes. These brakes have built-in sensors to shut down the motor when brakes are applied. Large 203 mm diameter front rotor and 180 mm rear rotor have the stopping power for heavier bikes. These brakes replace the standard switched cable brake levers included in our e-Bike kits.

New! HD 1000w 30 Amp Mid-Drive e-Bike Motor Kit

11/18/2015

Our new motors are now available and we're very excited to offer this product!
These heavy duty 1000 watt mid-drive motors are designed to handle higher continuous power while running cooler due to the cooling fin design. Our 1000w motors are slightly more efficient than our 750w motor and will produce a powerful 160 Nm of torque! This motor will produce over 2 horse power! (Compare this to BionX or Pedego 500 watt hub motors at 50 Nm) We've run this motor at up to 1760 watts and they are the most powerful mid-drive motor kits currently on the market. We recommend this motor for tandem bikes, riders over 200 lbs, and riders that plan to use throttle-only for long distances or steep climbs.
